NOTICES

On behalf of the Senate, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the Senate, House and Joint staff who contributed to the success of the impeachment trial. I would also like to express my appreciation to those members of the House of Representatives who bore the inconveniences arising from the trial so graciously.

Thanks to the extraordinary effort and exemplary performance of our staff, the trial was conducted with the efficiency, decorum and dignity that this historic undertaking required. I know I speak for all the Senators in offering our congratulations and gratitude to all those who devoted their time, energy and talents to enabling us to fulfil our duties in comfort and security.
